Subject: Alkermes Hospital Inpatient Free Trial Program update
Please be advised that the Alkermes Hospital Inpatient Free Trial (HIFT) program is being updated and enhanced to improve the overall user experience. Although the site will have a slightly different look and feel, the program terms and conditions are consistent. These enhancements will be going live on January 30, 2017.
Beginning January 30th, you may access the Alkermes Hospital Inpatient Free Trial Program by going to: alkermeshospitalprogram.com. Once the system enhancements go live, you will need to re-verify your registration information to continue to participate in the program.
Beginning on 1/22/17-1/29/17, no orders for Hospital Inpatient Free Trial product can be placed.
System enhancements include the following:
· Users will have the ability to add up to 5 additional users per hospital registration
· Users will have the ability to associate multiple hospitals with their account
· Users will have the ability to update their address line#2 and phone number
· Once HIFT product has been dispensed, the healthcare professional name will be retained for future reference. Pharmacist will be able to order replacement HIFT product without having to log back into the system.
· Users will have the ability to view their order history within the new system
· Once registered for both Alkermes products, users will have the ability to order Alkermes HIFT product for their site, however, separate orders will be required.
